About

Integrity is a fast-paced, high-energy challenge where teams of 5-8 race against a 100-minute deadline to solve five tricky 3D tasks. With only 20 minutes per task, communication, leadership, and teamwork are pushed to their limits. What sets Integrity apart is its innovative scoring system: both teams and their volunteer umpires are evaluated on their performance. Teams also award ‘Integrity Stones’ to recognise exceptional fairness and effort. After tackling five mind-bending conundrums, scores and stones are tallied, and the winners are crowned.

Learning Outcomes

Integrity tests values, fosters communication, and builds agile teams through challenging yet collaborative tasks. It encourages participants to view situations from the perspectives of colleagues, customers, and suppliers, promoting fairness and empathy.

The ingenious, tactile task equipment for ‘Integrity’ is hand crafted in workshops offering gainful employment for people with disabilities in Bavaria, Germany.
