The Big Picture is an engaging teambuilding activity that encourages collaboration on a large-scale artistic masterpiece. Participants are divided into small teams, each tasked with painting a section of a larger canvas. As the exercise progresses, teams realise that their success depends on working closely with other teams. We’ve successfully delivered this activity for both large and small teams, including organisations with teams across the UAE, KSA, and Egypt, helping to unite diverse workforces across countries in the Middle East. The activity concludes with a grand reveal, where participants celebrate the collective achievement, reinforcing a strong sense of unity and shared purpose.
